Empowering women and children through better health
Transformative Stage
Adolescence is a period of curiosity and self-discovery.
Missing Platforms
Many adolescents in Trilokpuri lack access to essential life skills development.
Developmental Challenges
This gap leaves them unprepared to navigate physical, emotional, and social complexities.
Limited Opportunities
Without these supports, they struggle to make informed decisions, build meaningful relationships, and adapt to change.
Equipping Adolescents
Adolescence is a pivotal time of self-discovery and growth. However, many adolescents in Trilokpuri lack access to platforms that nurture essential life skills.
Without these opportunities, they struggle to navigate the physical, emotional, and social challenges of growing up, limiting their ability to make informed decisions, build meaningful relationships, and adapt to change.
Transforming Lives With Project Raah
In 2024, Project Raah engaged over 50 adolescents through a series of creative, interactive workshops designed to enhance critical thinking, self-expression, and problem-solving skills. Our comprehensive program included:

Videography
Under the guidance of Yousuf Saeed, participants learned storytelling and technical skills to create impactful short films, sparking creativity and boosting self-expression.

Creative Thinking
Facilitated by Hiba Siddiqui, adolescents were encouraged to explore innovative solutions to challenges, broadening their perspectives and enhancing their problem-solving abilities.

Art-based Expression
Led by Samina Mishra, students used art and poetry to reflect on themes of identity and freedom, fostering introspection and self-awareness.

Critical Thinking
With further guidance from Hiba Siddiqui, participants honed their analytical, creative, reflective, and practical thinking skills, empowering them to make informed decisions and tackle real-world challenges.

Empathy Development
Through sessions also led by Hiba Siddiqui, students explored the importance of understanding others’ emotions and perspectives, which helped build compassion and stronger community connections.

Problem Solving
Hiba Siddiqui directed participants in learning systematic approaches to identify the root causes of challenges and craft effective solutions.

Skill Building & Personal Growth
Overall, these workshops empowered adolescents to recognize their potential, build resilience, and pursue their aspirations. By engaging in diverse forms of expression, participants gained a deeper understanding of themselves and their communities—laying the foundation for confident, informed decision-making in both personal and academic spheres.
